I’m Chris, the guy behind Father Fit.
I’ve been submerged in the fitness industry for over 10 years and have come to know a thing or two about life-changing transformations.
I’ve worked alongside and been a mentor to some of the best personal trainers in the world, across private gyms from London to Dubai.
I’ve helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and lives through the power of training and nutrition.
I’ve coached every type of client you can think of, from busy parents to stressed CEOs, those with niggling injuries to chronic health issues.
I really have seen it all and that’s why I’m confident we can overcome your barriers and smash your goals, too!
Why am I now focusing on DADS , like you?
Firstly I am one, so I appreciate the unique challenges we face.
I’m talking about wanting to get in shape, but feeling guilty if we spend too much time on ourselves, in the gym or wherever it may be.
Trying to juggle the demands of family life and family meal times, whilst trying to focus on our own nutrition....and not becoming 'Daddy Dustbin'.
l love empowering dads with the knowledge and tools they need to become the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves.
I also know that, with the right advice and support, Dads can nail some of the best transformations. After all, we have the best motivation, don’t we? Our families.
And the community aspect? Well, let’s be honest, it’s nice to connect with like minded people who have the same values and are navigating the same challenges as us!
So, the Father Fit Community, why did I create it?
I see phenomenal results with my 1-2-1 private clients and I have created this so that decent support and guidance can be accessible to the masses.
The Father Fit Community is designed to give you all the information and tools you need to ditch your dad bod, with a shed load of accountability from myself and the other dads in there. We are all on the same journey and have similar goals!
